Microcare Phase II Balancing Lotion
Alcohol-free toning lotion that calms, purifies, and softens the skin. This balancing lotion is a light, aqueous solution that supports the skin's pH while hydrating and reducing sensitivity. Lightly mist face and neck after cleansing. Follow with appropriate serum and moisturizer. If using on a skin prone to blackheads and breakouts, use with cotton in a gentle wiping motion to remove residue.
