REFUND POLICY: All product returns are for store credit only and must be made within SEVEN days of purchase. Make-up, gift certificates, gift cards and series are final sales.

ELIZABETH GRADY SERIES POLICY: Effective June 1st, 2022. A series of 6 will expire twelve (12) months after the date of the first redemption.
A series of 12 will expire eighteen (18) months after the date of first redemption. A series of 24 will expire thirty (30) months after the date of first redemption. All series are non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hours’ notice minimum is required for canceling or changing appointments. As of January 1, 2022, with less than 24 hours’ notice or if an appointment is missed without notice, a 50% charge will be applied to your credit card, redeemed against your gift card or a series will be redeemed.
